I had the cheese burger when I went for lunch, it was very good. We also stopped here for breakfast and it was well cooked, prices are reasonable. Next time I visit I must save room for one of the awesome looking desserts!

Make sure to check the busy times, because this place gets busy fast. Expert staff, very accommodating. They have no problem with reservations of twenty five or more, just make sure to call in advance.Great selection across the board, you get the rustic diner feel with a hearty meal to boot. Make sure you try the peanut butter pie!

Good portions. Never hungry when i leave and its all delicious. Also very fast.

Horrible service. We had ordered a breakfast and the lady gave my girl a box for her food within 5 minutes of it reaching our table....When we commented on it she acted like it was normal yet all the other customers were left to be allowed to eat there food without even remotely similar behavior. We still even had to pay for her meal when the staff ruined her appetite and the rest of our morning.The only thing different from us was that we are back packers.Discriminitive...

Back again. June. Server at the counter more friendly. The chocolate cake is served from the fridge which is not good.Scallops are delicious as is the chowder.This is an odd location. What would normally be a positive trait is somehow a negative trade here.The service is very fast the food is okay and the atmosphere comfortable. However if you are on holiday or traveling and looking for friendly service this is not really a good place the servers are not overly friendly.There is a good deal of a comet economization palpable in the management of the establishment.The seafood chowder is quite tasty most. Most of the food items are well-made even if quite simple.

Very friendly staff, nice restaurant, clean restrooms and very good food. We went for supper, 4 different dishes with drinks and all were very good.

We decided to stop and get off the road for a few min and eat. Place was active but not busy. We were seated quickly and had beverages with in 5 mon of sitting down. Meal was ordered very quickly. We ordered Hamburger with no buns and ceasar salads no croutons. Both arrived as asked. The burger was hot and cooked well. Dressed up really good. Lettuce in our salads were fresh as well. All good all around. Thank you Lisa for the great service as well. Beautiful sunset to top it all off.

Very good food and friendly/fast service. This is probably my top favorite restaurant and never fails to satisfy my hunger, even since I was a child. Will keep coming back til I'm dead (lol), highly recommended family eatery to stop at during a long drive.

One of the best Irving big stop restaurants I have been to in a very long while; excellent decore, friendly staff, and delicious food. The bathroom, which is shared between the truck stop and the restraint, is quite clean.

Irving Big Stop restaurants are way better than any Husky Esso, glad to be back in Eastern Canada! We wanted to enjoy a classic diner breakfast today for our last day on our road trip across Canada and this definitely ticked all the boxes. Endless coffee, BIG portions, friendly waitress and good value. They had the place decorated for the holidays and Christmas music was playing. They’re open 6am-11pm, so great if you arrive late or need to hit the road early, seemed to pick up around 8:30am.

The meals are Devine! Seafood penne pasta to die for! And Beyond Burger was unbelievable! To top it all off the service was fantastic...cheerful, polite, and great at their jobs! An overall delightful culinary experience! Thank you so much!

Ordered lobster roll platter with side salad - salty and not flavourful, missing side salad. Also ordered seafood platter - missing coleslaw, cold fries. Luckily they have friendly staff.

Had whiskey bbq burger and 7up and ice water and lemon pie for dessert

OK, I'm from BC, but visit my mother-in-law who lives in Florenceville, about an hour north of here. We've been stopping here for years, and it has never failed to impress me - the food and service are legendary in my opinion. Great location just off the highway, lots of parking, and lots of gas pumps available to fuel up before or after eating. You'll notice a long line of people in a queue for seating in the restaurant - that'll occasionally occur, but don't let it deter you -it's a large restaurant and turnover of patrons is fairly quick.

Great food and service

Excellent food, very friendly server. Chocolate cake with boiled icing was very very good. My wife had the seafood pot pie and she was very pleased with it. Lots of seafood in it. Highly recommend and will return. This was our first visit at Blue Canoe and my in-laws from Brandon, Manitoba who joined us really loved the food as well.

I have visited the Blue Canoe and found the food and the service to be excellent.

I've been to this restaurant 3 times and each time, the service is wonderful and the food is great! My last visit was during supper rush. I ordered a hot turkey sandwich with mashed potatoes and they brought it out within, what felt like, 5 minutes. I am very pleased with this place and recommend it to others.

Great place for a quick bite. Friendly, fast service and I swear that they tele-port the food to your table; it gets out so fast. Dependable and never disappointing.

One of the better big stops... But the best IMO is still canso for food quality.

We love the blue canoe. Typically we order fish and chips, chicken fingers mashed potatoes, beef meals hot turkey sandwiches. Not all at once of course but these are the meals we order and the quality has been excellent and consistent over a period of 10 years. They also have the best milkshakes in the area. It's our go to for family meals.

The Blue Canoe truck stop is owned by a local NB company. All of their restaurants across the maritimes are consistent, clean, professional and enjoyable. You can expect a diner style menu with seafood, pasta, all day breakfast, great pies, milkshakes, great coffee and more. Irving fuel destinations are known for having some of the cleanest washrooms in the industry. And this facility houses both traditional fuel and EV charge stations as well.

Garbage! They need a new cook. They can't make an omelet , or chicken wrap. All our food was terrible , no one finished their food .

Quality of food has gone way downhill in past 2 years. Some stuff still good but not as is used to be.

My Gal and I stopped for supper, busy busy busy. Was seated fairly quick. Food was good. And service was great.

Alway great food. We had the burgers this time around. Absolutely no complaints. Juicy mouth watering flavorful burgers. Healthly amounts for fries and unbeatable coleslaw. Service is friendly and cheerful. Megan was our server and had a sense of humor. We always enjoyed our stops.

Love this place great food and great for kids

Tried this place on a whim. Was not disappointed in the portions, lots of staff and tables, the staff were friendly and the food was good. We tried the chocolate cake with boiled icing, that was a first for us. Our waitress said that it was their specialty.

The waiters on staff really make this place work. I respect the hard work they put in, and they made me enjoy my time here. Take care to keep your good staff!! :)) (edit for bad phone spelling)
